FAQ

 Mist Fountains (TM/FM)/ Aroma diffuser

Q: I just received my mist fountain/diffuser, however it does not produce any fog or produces fog for a few seconds and turns off.

A: Please make sure that you are using tap water and the sensor is submerged. If you are using tap water and the fogger is still not fogging that means that there is not enough minerals in your tap water for the sensor to activate the fogging mechanism. In this case please either add some bottled mineral water to the water or a teaspoon of salt.
