Warranty Claims/Policy

If you have a warranty claim, please read our FAQ first to see if your problem can be resolved by troubleshooting. 

If you could not troubleshoot and the defect persists, please email us at info@canaryproducts.com.

With your email, please provide proof of purchase (picture, snapshot, original purchase order scan). 

Canary will send any parts to free the product of any defects. If the item is defective within 30 days of purchase, the item will be shipped free of charge. After 30 days, the consumer is responsible for the shipping. No returns or credit can be given after 30 days of purchase.
